“HEADLANDS, FIRE & HOME AND AWAY”

An exhibition of paintings and drawings by David Wiggs, done on site around North head, the harbour, the beaches
and where “Home and Away” the TV show is set amongst the beautiful lush landscape of Palm beach.

Some of the sites that David has been working at have had recent fires and after good rain over Summer and Autumn they are in the process of regeneration.
New shoots and regrowth punctuate ash and burnt landscape against the stunning backdrop of the Harbour and beaches.

Home and Away also refers to the movement of people commuting to and from work and trips of leisure on the ferry and boats.
Leaving Home and returning past the Headlands  and Iconic land forms and landmarks of Sydney harbour.
