Your Personal Information is stored on our MailChimp account, or on our office files in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.

However, where we have transacted business with you it will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.

If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing and we will provide the details free of charge if we can reply via email, but may charge an administrative fee if you require a hard copy
