‘Collab’ Karen Lange & Merryl Greaves

Merryl Greaves began painting in 1997 at John Ogburn studio in Glebe. She learnt much about painting and philosophy over the nine years from John Ogburn’s teaching. In recent years, she has been painting  abstract paintings under the guidance of Tony Tozer. Merryl has exhibited in the Ewart Art prize and Mosman2088 as well as the Mosman Art Prize.

Karen Lange started painting seriously five years ago, studying life drawing at Julian Ashton Art School and abstract expression at the Workshop Arts Centre. Her approach is still largely exploratory, enjoying experimentation with different techniques, materials and methods of expression, before committing to a signature style.  Karen is an Interior Designer and Aboriginal art consultant

They are both Headland Artists and are “Collaborating” in this upcoming exhibition to showcase their current paintings.
